On interview with me, Ali

 In  my exploring of the online opportunities, I thought: 'Why do not explore another world, more real?' I decided that I want to be a girl who meets the world. I start the interview with a very interesting person.
 A successful businessman Ali Amer. Ali is the electric engineer and the owner of the company.  He is also, an employee in his own company which is a leader in electrical testing and laboratory equipment.
Ali, a very open minded person, with his proximity, helps us to get to know more about this world. A life of a business man. 

Ali, as the owner of the company, what do you think, is it easier to build a company now or back than when you started?

I think it is easier to build the company these days compared when I started.

In your opinion how much people are ambitious these days?  How much were they in the past?

I think you can find a lot of specialists where they were less in the past. I am not sure about ambition. 

As a sales manager and owner of the company on which parameters you conclude that someone should be part of your company?

Every job needs special requirements and skills.

What do you first notice on people? 

 What I first notice is their eyes. It is important to me that person is honest and I can conclude that 50%. The eyes can show pretty much everything. 


What country is the best for investment these days?
Has better business bureaucracy? 

It depends on a type of the business, I think more stable countries is the best places for investment opportunities.
The countries without a war.

Suit or a casual?

It depends on my experience and feelings but I would say suit.

How much daily activities ( sports, art) help you to deal with everyday stress.

I do sports every weekend but I think stress can be reduced by controlling our self. To know that stress can not solve the problems.
  Ali further says that his main motivation is his parents. 

The life of a businessman can be just one big journey. And with our calculations, we can make it, a journey with a purpose. It is not always to unknown. 
Can that do a man with motivation like that? Judge for yourself. I think that he can.      
  

Why we should consider to work online

When I have started to work online, which was my wish for a long time before, my reasons have existed but they was not in that number like now and they was not clear like they are now.
Some of these reasons are more important for you and some of them are less important but they are still very important.

First reason is: you do not have your buss.

That reason is very important because it means more money for you and time. You can have your own plans.
You can not imagine really how it is like when you can have your coffee in the morning or when ever you want. You can write, talk or be with your bellowed persons and friends.

More opportunities.   

Let faced like this you have world on palm of your hand.
Working online means more ways to know information about places, companies which propose jobs. For examples LinkedIn updates job's opportunities in order of your given skills.
You can always get in contact with people of your interests and search for help, information. Learn from them and share your experience, skills, projects. And in that way make your own brand.

You can talk with your self, get know better your self.

In that way you can know your skills. You can get in knowledge how much you really can.
Sometimes because you have knowledge what it is in demand you can discover some your skills and talents for which you did not know that they are really exist. Or some that are in demand.
You can know easily and your defects too. In that way you can get your self better in some spheres by home learning online again.

You can teach your self discipline.

Working it is not just job really isn't it?
It is constant improving of your self. Constant learning, searching. In that way you can organized your time, plans. And which means working on your successes. And by that on your self esteem.
It is easiest part not to do something.

People have a gold in your life.

These are some of my thinking and reasons why I work online which are yours.

 

Wise director and thieves

It was when he has just started to work in his own company. He remembered how he was enthusiastic, with new fresh plans and more straight. At the start his company was not so much big as it is now. The people which was employed by him was small number but they was very confident and reliably persons. Between them was and her.

His secretary. She was very young and she was not that much experienced.

Every day she entered in his office from her. It was just near by his. They talked and wrought plans. Then on the end he would accompanied to her work place where they was elaborating  plans further more.

One day there was so much to do. And she went to her office with him late. When he went back he noticed that from the glass in the desk was missing all pens. But he was not so upset and he continued with his work.

In the morning when he entered the office was clean and fresh. All things that was needed to him was there. His office was bright and wide with two doors. He always feels warm in that place.
His secretary was not there yet. He waits for her. In while there was she. They drunk coffee and then again the same. Making plans and writing. When he come back from office of his secretary, there again missing pen. It was not a that much serious problem but it started to bother him.

'Why they keep missing?'

He started to doubt in his secretary.

'Maybe she has some queer illness with that pens', he thought.

He confessed to his friend and he told him everything.

The friend advised him that he do not do any thing before he become curtain in that in which he suspect.

Next morning he was doing the same with his secretary just this time he did not go with her secretary, he stood right beside the door of her office, in on one corner and he waited . When the door closed the other one was starting to open. And there was she and him. The two of his worker. She was every morning walking by his office and went to copy some papers and documents and she working for Brian his assistance. When they looked at him they was very astonish and scared. He asked them what they do in his office but they was in silent with his heads down. She was with her face blushed but Brian looked at him with sorrow. His eyes blinked all the time and he could not watch him.  He remembered how she was very upset by the thing that he choose his secretary of now but not her. It was everything clear. He fired them. Next morning they was not there any more but everything was the same. After that event he often remind him self in that two but and on his grandfather too and in his words: one apple could spoil every other near by.

The young secretary was working for long time. And she became old but staid honest.
