I decide to show you some exercises for back and neck.
It is nice and easy part that you can sit while you do these exercises.
- So first sit on the end of chair.
- Put arms along the back and put up your shoulders, then put down.
- Put your arms along the body, then pull your shoulders back and finish with start.
- Put your arms along the body. Head and back must be straight.
For the back and neck exercises that are very important are stretch exercises.
So let we do it.
- Put left arm behind your back. Then put your head on the right side. Another hand lay down on your head and pull it little a bit more. The exercise must not make you pain or shudders in your arms.
- Put your left arm behind your back. Then turn your head on the other side and with right hand pull your chin little a bit down more. Go back on the start and turn your head on the right side and repeat the same thing.
You will great and much more relive.
