Exercises for back and neck

We often wake up with pain in the neck. Result of that and also pain in the back is too much sitting in front of computer or in work.
I decide to show you some exercises for back and neck.
It is nice and easy part that you can sit while you do these exercises.

  • So first sit on the end of chair.
The back must not touch the back of chair.

  • Put arms along the back and put up your shoulders, then put down.
This exercise can repeat more times if you want.

  • Put your arms along the body, then pull your shoulders back and finish with start.
  • Put your arms along the body. Head and back must be straight.
Then pull you neck back with your head straight in order that you can see  your chin. This exercise repeat five times.
For the back and neck exercises that are very important are stretch exercises.
So let we do it.

  • Put left arm behind your back. Then put your head on the right side. Another hand lay down on your head and pull it little a bit more. The exercise must not make you pain or shudders in your arms.
Let we do it with back also.

  • Put your left arm behind your back. Then turn your head on the other side and with right hand pull your chin little a bit down more. Go back on the start and turn your head on the right side and repeat the same thing.
These last exercises do it in combination and repeat ten times.

You will great and much more relive.
