He went trough streets. Only thing which is left for him was one guitar. He looked at add. They looked for members in music play. He said to him self : 'Should I try'?
'Later', he has thought.
He enjoy in wet air and walked with his guitar.
He went home and lied down in his warm bed and started to play his guitar. He has plaid whole night.
He plaid warm. The neighbors listened his warm play in quit night. 'There is nobody now to play like him in whole world'.
Next morning he went on coffee. He listen a young bend how they play and they talked that in some place ask for musician.
'Should I go', he asked his self .
'Maybe later' he thought.
He went back to his home. And neighbors enjoyed again in his play on to his guitar.
Next day he went to shop. He listened a music in one window. He looked at people how they laughed and had fun.
'What is there', he asked his self .
'Should I enter', he started to think.
'No'.
'Who knows what is there', he broke.
He went back to his home. His movements was fast.
One old neighbor said to lady while their sited outside and waited to listen playing of the young boy:
'My doter went to school in great city with great professors, she has saw invitation and has tried, now she calls me and she said that she is very happy.'
Old men thoughtful said: 'Men should be more brave to pass some border, we always think what is there and behind that border is often and new life.'

Exercises for back and neck

We often wake up with pain in the neck. Result of that and also pain in the back is too much sitting in front of computer or in work.
I decide to show you some exercises for back and neck.
It is nice and easy part that you can sit while you do these exercises.

• So first sit on the end of chair.

The back must not touch the back of chair.

• Put arms along the back and put up your shoulders, then put down.

This exercise can repeat more times if you want.

• Put your arms along the body, then pull your shoulders back and finish with start.
• Put your arms along the body. Head and back must be straight.

Then pull you neck back with your head straight in order that you can see  your chin. This exercise repeat five times.
For the back and neck exercises that are very important are stretch exercises.
So let we do it.

• Put left arm behind your back. Then put your head on the right side. Another hand lay down on your head and pull it little a bit more. The exercise must not make you pain or shudders in your arms.

Let we do it with back also.

• Put your left arm behind your back. Then turn your head on the other side and with right hand pull your chin little a bit down more. Go back on the start and turn your head on the right side and repeat the same thing.

These last exercises do it in combination and repeat ten times.

You will great and much more relive.

These days I often read about meaning of that sculpture so I decided to write for you my opinion about this.
People live their life these days more in their own worlds. Separate from each other. Their are more lonely. In their argues they want to defend their own opinions, they fight about each other guilt.
But they forgot in most of time why they are here on the earth. Why they have met each other, why should met each other?

Every men and every women brings new richness for this world, new people and if they are not together children can not come and live their life.

That question we make our self often or too often.
We forgot that the secrets is in our movements, our health is in our movements.
To get slim I will recommend you pretty receipt

• Do hundred squats in the morning and hundred and twelve sits up in the morning.                       That will do that you bust up your energy.
• Have two days of lent.                                                                                                                      The lent cleans our body and we fill not under pressie so much.  
• In the afternoon do hundred squats again.

Beauty tips about hair

To have beautiful hair need to have nice thoughts.
Yes it is little a bit funny but it is true.

I am kidding now I need to be series.
I often get questions how I manage that my hair be so healthy. And let me tell you that is quotation, I am not make it out, really.

• First you have to be modern and trendy. Leave in now days. So bye shampoos with regenerator. Pick the different kind of it. Do not use every time same kind of it.
• Time to time bye hair care packs.
• When you wash your hair you do it with your head pulled back and when you dry your hair you do it with your head bow in front.
• Do not dry your hair to long, it need to be little dankly.  
• After hair dry you do not go out for two hours, take care about your health first and your brain.

Rose and dandelion

In one little town, on one new, built up observation platform, between other plants rested and dreamed rose. It dreamed how it can to walk, say halo to  the passers, maybe and its friends, and with caravans see everything what it has listened about.
 These days from adjacent fields dandelion has sent its bunch of the seeds. and easy air has carried them more and more fare. Rose looked at one of them. At once while it s giggling, it came to her and pined to the patella full of the red gentle petals.
'Hi what you do?', said halo to her. It laughed quit
 'I am thinking'. it said to him,' how could I see  what is the that palm and how looks like coconut, it said    that is its produce..' Seed of dandelion smiled.
' I like, you know, that like you, something more to see, somewhere further to go'.
Two young people have passed down the doorstep of the terrace and made them shade.
'This peace of glass I have found on the beach' , the young men proselytizes to his girl, 'it has shaped it in beautiful manner.'
' Curtain, he would make necklace to her', said rose,' at least I sow that what is it, he prepares surprise to her.'
'There you go,' said little dandelion, 'you surely saw something and you know, do not be sad.'
'I wish to get off further to find suitable place, further more, I wish to fly little more.'
Just after the seed of dandelion has said its strong wish huge tears of rarely rain came down the ground while the sun lite has went trough in thousand little mirrors. Just when it has tried to fly one of them have got hit the little dandelion, and it, under its burst, fell down to the mug and found it self in shadow of the  rose's haulm.
'Do not worry', it said to him, 'I will protect you, hide there.'
Rain was falling more and more strong and grown into large summer's downpour. In the end when was all gone rose get down the head and had a pick to dandelion's seed. But from its little fellow did not stay not even clue. He get hurt under the burst of mug and water. Pensive, it realized that nobody does not need to wish more than he receives. It need to build in little thing after little thing in it self and its own world and only in that way you will stay.  You never should change what you already are.
Next summer rose is blowing again while some dandelion was sending its little bunch of seeds just under its burst.

Why we change our look often

I become aware that people now days change their look to often. Like simple viewer I have opinion on that and I want to sere with you.
Why is that?
I think that it is wish for something new. It is our constant search. That some straight in us to give us opportunity to change something.
The issue is how we see beauty. Is everything that we made to our self  beautiful?
In my opinion that it is art and our wish to be creative and our creativity?

That view of art expression, we can see in artiest which their souls simple burn in wish not  to be bored.

Her tool for expression is her body.






  

Self confidence

Sandra is woke up very early. I dark room in which just some sun's lite went trough the venetian blind. She is chafed her face and started to massage her head while she was putting back her curled hair and in that way tried to allay her headache.
That morning was quite in ordination and that was her last morning spent there.
She has been under care of doctor Zeljković for a long time now.
She has remembered of the long talks with her doctor in which was reminded of long lying in her room, constant fear of people's judgement which has brought big tire from which her body was in constant pain.
While she must to went out she has felt large burden in her pluck. Dark she walked down the streets under sun with no end.
That was long and long talks.
But now everything is different. That day she went out while she was breathing in fresh, wet air and looking at people. She was back to home. She pulled charchafs of  stuffs, dusted off.
Belive she bought new bed and made rich her home by new, other memories and changed her look.
She has often went to shopping. She has loved her street.
And in the street Lazar was always cram full of things in his store. He has often looked at skinny, tall girl in short dress with rose motifs and curled hair
He has looked at her white skin and she has gave him look full of self confidence.

He has noticed that her passes was more and more rare and her look was gone.

Sandra has had strong wish to achieve. She has opened a store of  little stuff for decoration for home and has worked on their distribution. In time her went became very hard and got in every day routine.
She collected last peace of straight for went to her work while she was understanding their significance but that burden in her pluck has been back and she stud again for a long time in her bed.
Contabescence of the soul was smoldering in the quite and and made it self in shape o circle into tear which was falling down the her white cheek.
In her products there is a few people interested and her interest for them is complete gone.
Lazar' s interest for young lady is not gone even it becomes more deeper with her disappearance
In his head there is more and more question:
'Who is she?'
'What she does?'
One late evening he looked at her while she was going down the street.
Her movements was heavy.
He decided to follow her. In next moment he has felt , while he has became more closer, nice, her body's perfume
She scared and has turned to him while she was putting her hair back.
He recoiled. He looked at her for a long time. It was like that it is something blinked in her eyes, she has pulled out her white hand and showed bag in which was big apples.
'Would you like that I make sweet from apple.'
Lazar has said: 'Yes.'
'Sandra', she said
He has take her pulled hand and said his name.
They sited at the warmness of her home and had conversation.
Next summer they made their home bigger because they was fulfilled with first cry of the babies.
They have had twins. Sandra has continued with her work but she was not caring about it.
Sandra understand that whatever would happened she always will have where to come back.
Love that is what gives self confidence and what maintains it.
