Wise director and thieves

It was when he has just started to work in his own company. He remembered how he was enthusiastic, with new fresh plans and more straight. At the start his company was not so much big as it is now. The people which was employed by him was small number but they was very confident and reliably persons. Between them was and her.

His secretary. She was very young and she was not that much experienced.

Every day she entered in his office from her. It was just near by his. They talked and wrought plans. Then on the end he would accompanied to her work place where they was elaborating  plans further more.

One day there was so much to do. And she went to her office with him late. When he went back he noticed that from the glass in the desk was missing all pens. But he was not so upset and he continued with his work.

In the morning when he entered the office was clean and fresh. All things that was needed to him was there. His office was bright and wide with two doors. He always feels warm in that place.
His secretary was not there yet. He waits for her. In while there was she. They drunk coffee and then again the same. Making plans and writing. When he come back from office of his secretary, there again missing pen. It was not a that much serious problem but it started to bother him.

'Why they keep missing?'

He started to doubt in his secretary.

'Maybe she has some queer illness with that pens', he thought.

He confessed to his friend and he told him everything.

The friend advised him that he do not do any thing before he become curtain in that in which he suspect.

Next morning he was doing the same with his secretary just this time he did not go with her secretary, he stood right beside the door of her office, in on one corner and he waited . When the door closed the other one was starting to open. And there was she and him. The two of his worker. She was every morning walking by his office and went to copy some papers and documents and she working for Brian his assistance. When they looked at him they was very astonish and scared. He asked them what they do in his office but they was in silent with his heads down. She was with her face blushed but Brian looked at him with sorrow. His eyes blinked all the time and he could not watch him.  He remembered how she was very upset by the thing that he choose his secretary of now but not her. It was everything clear. He fired them. Next morning they was not there any more but everything was the same. After that event he often remind him self in that two but and on his grandfather too and in his words: one apple could spoil every other near by.

The young secretary was working for long time. And she became old but staid honest.

But you just stand there and do not know anything but you give them answer that you do not need help. Well, everybody needs something, maybe the pen or to know the way to their desk.

• Concentrate on one or small number of products which you promote and sell. 

Take a look at its specification. Research about that products in circles which already used it.

Do not spread yourself.

•  And the most important invest in your job.

Be honest with yourself. There is no job in which you do not need to invest. Invest, because it would be paid off to you trough your earnings. 

• Have plan.

The good side of online marketing job is that you develop a system of earnings and source of  investments from other side or another online job.

He went trough streets. Only thing which is left for him was one guitar. He looked at add. They looked for members in music play. He said to him self : 'Should I try'?
'Later', he has thought.
He enjoy in wet air and walked with his guitar.
He went home and lied down in his warm bed and started to play his guitar. He has plaid whole night.
He plaid warm. The neighbors listened his warm play in quit night. 'There is nobody now to play like him in whole world'.
Next morning he went on coffee. He listen a young bend how they play and they talked that in some place ask for musician.
'Should I go', he asked his self .
'Maybe later' he thought.
He went back to his home. And neighbors enjoyed again in his play on to his guitar.
Next day he went to shop. He listened a music in one window. He looked at people how they laughed and had fun.
'What is there', he asked his self .
'Should I enter', he started to think.
'No'.
'Who knows what is there', he broke.
He went back to his home. His movements was fast.
One old neighbor said to lady while their sited outside and waited to listen playing of the young boy:
'My doter went to school in great city with great professors, she has saw invitation and has tried, now she calls me and she said that she is very happy.'
Old men thoughtful said: 'Men should be more brave to pass some border, we always think what is there and behind that border is often and new life.'

The scheme of earning by online marketing and Facebook

You want to earn with online job.
How?
Online work it is not such an easy thing how someone think. It is constant learning and finding the way to marketing your self and your work.
I give you one example of online job and that is affiliate program.
What is affiliate program?
It is working in the way that you need to create your team which will work for you and your self.

From affiliate their have many use. It means more people knowing about that company, their costumers and from sales you can get curtain commissions.

• Trough your profile

Promote and sere products trough your profile.
In this way very important thing is composition of picture and text.

One of the way I recommend is the Facebook groups. Be part or create your own group.
In the world there are many people who do not know so much about online business but they like to know. In that way you can have people who wants to know more in one place and communication.

Exercises for back and neck

We often wake up with pain in the neck. Result of that and also pain in the back is too much sitting in front of computer or in work.
I decide to show you some exercises for back and neck.
It is nice and easy part that you can sit while you do these exercises.

• So first sit on the end of chair.

The back must not touch the back of chair.

• Put arms along the back and put up your shoulders, then put down.

This exercise can repeat more times if you want.

• Put your arms along the body, then pull your shoulders back and finish with start.
• Put your arms along the body. Head and back must be straight.

Then pull you neck back with your head straight in order that you can see  your chin. This exercise repeat five times.
For the back and neck exercises that are very important are stretch exercises.
So let we do it.

• Put left arm behind your back. Then put your head on the right side. Another hand lay down on your head and pull it little a bit more. The exercise must not make you pain or shudders in your arms.

Let we do it with back also.

• Put your left arm behind your back. Then turn your head on the other side and with right hand pull your chin little a bit down more. Go back on the start and turn your head on the right side and repeat the same thing.

These last exercises do it in combination and repeat ten times.

You will great and much more relive.

Došao Mujo na privatni čas E glenskog jezika, kod nastavnika. Tu bješe i njegov prijatelj.
Kada se čas završi Mujo plati čas te dodade još i reče nastavniku:
'Evo ti i za sledeći'.
Vidjevši to prijatelj reče nastavniku: ' Budi i ti darežljiv, nemoj mu naplatiti jedan čas.'
A nastavnik će: ' Pa, eto neću mu naplatiti sledeći.

What means for me that sculpture?
These days I often read about meaning of that sculpture so I decided to write for you my opinion about this.
People live their life these days more in their own worlds. Separate from each other. Their are more lonely. In their argues they want to defend their own opinions, they fight about each other guilt.
But they forgot in most of time why they are here on the earth. Why they have met each other, why should met each other?
 To bring life in this world.
Every men and every women brings new richness for this world, new people and if they are not together children can not come and live their life.
Every child want to be free in us. Every child want to live in us. We have child in us, the part of childhood. And if every child want to love for them it is not meter are we guilt or not. If every child wants to be free for him it is not important that we build our worlds.
