Yoga for beginers

In order to be successful in our business we need to be active.  Because that in this post you can find some yoga movements for beginners.
So let we start.




First pose I like the most. It is very simple but it is very good for you mind and soul.

Stand still. With your legs side by side, parallel. Put your hand together in front of your chest and breath in with your shoulder pull back. Try to breath deeper and more deeper with you shoulder pulled back more and more. Then breath out and let your shoulder lie down. Feel your whole body. Be roots. Feel the straight from ground.                                                                                        
This pose is called ' the mountain'.


Next pose I wold like to share with you is the pose called 'the cat'
In these pose you need to lie down on your knees with your arms in front of your legs. Let it be parallel with your legs. Then pull your back up with breath in and pull down with your breath out and your head up. Take this exercise five times. Be elastic like a cat. In this way you can be in knowledge off whole your body.



When you done with this pose it is time to the third. In this pose you need lie down on your knees and your hands parallel with them. Then oppose your self in your feet and in the end pull back your self on your hands. This pose is good for your back. It makes strong your hands your leg and your stomach. Do not forget to breathe. This pose is called 'downward facing dog'. Feel your lite in your body.
